Het is belangrijk om veiligheidsproblemen te voorkomen met persoonsdocumenten of -gegevens. Om een zo hoog mogelijke veiligheid te waarborgen bij gebruik van digitale communicatie is deze checklist opgesteld.

Lage impact.

Security Level 2 (Medium impact)

Medium impact. Information that can be abused which can cause illegal online transactions or orders of such. The use of an encrypted email is advised.

Security Level 3 (Hoge impact)

High impact. The information provided can be abused and the damage could be severe. This could be financial or personal impersonation. The use of an encrypted email is mandatory.

Security Level 4 (Extreme impact)

Extreme impact. This information should not be shared, but if it does, utmost security must be applied. Illuminati confirmed-mode. The use of an encrypted email is mandatory and strict policies should be applied at all times.
